Mitsuoka Motor Co., Toyama Prefecture-based carmaker, will begin production of its models in Thailand from September 2010.

In order to reduce vehicle price in Asian Markets, a Thai company will manufacture Mitsuoka models, including the Orochi.

Import tariff for complete cars is set at astoundingly high range from 150-200% in neighboring countries of Thailand.

Mitsuoka aims to sell its Thai-made models not only in Thailand but also in Asean countries.
