
What is Tradecarview?
Tradecarview is a business to business (B2B) online utility that bridges Japanese used car dealers located overseas with Japanese used car dealers in Japan.
What is PayTrade?
PayTrade is one of the payment options offered by Tradecarview. It is a secure payment method that guarantees a full refund if you do not receive your vehicle safely.
PayTrade charges USD $50 plus an additional 3.9% of the invoice price. The minimum charge is USD $150

- PayTrade understands that it may be difficult to purchase a vehicle from overseas for the following reasons:
i. Your vehicle hasn't been shipped after payment is made
ii. It took longer than you expected to receive your vehicle
iii. No customer support
How to Use PayTrade
- 1. When browsing for vehicles, look for the PayTrade logo located at the top of the image

- The PayTrade payment service is only available for vehicles listed with a “PayTrade” icon.

- 2. Submit Inquiry

- After you click on the “Detail” button to see more specifics of the vehicle you are interested in, please fill in the Order Form at the bottom of the page and click “Submit”.

- 3. Begin Negotiations

- Once you receive a reply from us, you will receive a notification email from tradecarview.com. To access the message center, please login to tradecarview.com and go to “My Tradecarview”. You can access your messages on this page.

- 4. Receive Proforma Invoice

- Upon completion of the negotiation process, please ask us for a Proforma invoice.
- On the invoice, you will see two prices, one includes the PayTrade service fee, and the other is without PayTrade’s service fee.

- 5. Order Item

- Once the conditions and information on the Proforma invoice are satisfactory, please complete the order by clicking “Order Item”.

- On the following page, please select PayTrade as your payment method and fill in the necessary information.

- 6. Payment

- Once you submit the order, an invoice is sent to your Message Center on “My tradecarview”. Be sure to print out the invoice and make the payment by the noted due date.
- Please wire the payment to the bank account listed on the invoice.

- 7. Payment Notification

- Once you have wired the payment, please inform Tradecarview now that you have made the payment by clicking on “Payment Notification”
- *Please remember to attach a copy of the Telegraphic Transfer to the message.

- 8. Confirmation of Payment and Shipping Information

- Once Tradecarview confirms that you have made the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message in your Message Center on “My tradecarview”.
- After confirmation of payment, we will begin processing the shipment of the vehicle and send you the shipping schedule.
- 9. Shipment Confirmation

- Once the vehicle is shipped, we will send Tradecarview a copy of the B/L.
- Tradecarview will confirm that the VIN/Chassis number matches the one of the B/L and will then release your money to Royal Trading.
- 10. Documentation

- Immediately after the vehicle is shipped, we will send you the original shipping document that will include the courier tracking number.
