Payment
- We require you to make 100% of TT(Telegraphic Transfer) payment within 3 days from the time we issue the Invoice.
- We send a document after T.T. should be confirmed at a bank.
- Terms of bidding, payment in full in advance should be essential.
- We will refund 100% your money, if the bidding is unsuccessful.
Terms of Tender
- We have the bid limit of 2.000.000JPY(s) for the price tendered.
- Please check the import restriction of your country before carrying out a bid request.
Cancellation
Cancellation after your bid is successful cannot be performed.
Guarantee
We export a car on an as is basis.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan in all respects.
