General
Q. Is it possible to buy a car for my personal use?
A. Of course, yes. But, please understand that we don't have the latest information about the import regulations in your country. Some cars may not be able to be imported into your country. You need to check your country's import regulations before you order. For example; age restriction, roadworthiness inspection, customs duties, and so on.
Q. Can I buy cars which are not listed on your website?
A. Yes. We'll try to find the cars you'd like to purchase, so please let us know some details from "Inquiry" page.
Q. Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
A. No. We don't give any warranty, but we give you all information we have such as interior/exterior condition, mileage, and mechanical problems, so please feel free to ask us any time.
Q. Do you accept cancellation?
A. The deposit is refundable before we get the car from the auction. But, all the cost (Ex; Inspection fee, Bidding fee, Bank charge) is deducted from the deposit. After we get your car, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel after we bought vehicles and you paid all the payment, 60% of total payment you paid is not refunded. After we confirm the shipment, no money will be refunded.

Q. How do you send a car to my country?
A. We send cars by "Ro/Ro Shipment".
We don't use "Container Shipment", so please understand that we can't send cars to some countries.
Please let us know the Port of Discharge and Final Destination when you give us the first contact.
Q. How long does it take to my country?
A. After we confirm the whole payment, we ask the shipping company for booking.
It takes about 1 to 3 weeks to book a space on a vessel.
It depends on the destination how long it takes to ship from Japan to your country.
For example:
Japan to Other Asian Countries: about 3 weeks
Japan to East Africa: about 4 weeks
Japan to Caribbean Sea: about 6 weeks
Japan to Europe: about 8 weeks
Q. When can I get the original B/L?
A. We usually get the original B/L about 1 week after the vessel leaves Japan.
Then, we send the original B/L along with other documents.
We tell you the name of the carrier and the tracking number when we send them.
You'll receive following documents within 10 working days.
- The Original Bill of Lading
- Invoice
- The Original De-registration Certificate
- Inspection Certificate (Only if you asked for the Inspection before the order.)
- Insurance Expiration Letter (Only if your order is CIF.)
